Located on the shores of the Chesapeake Bay, the North Point State Park abounds with resources, both natural and historical. This park features the old site of the Bay Shore Amusement Park, which was shut down in 1947. Visitors can still see the trolley shelter from that era. Also featured is a fishing pier and hiking trails that wend through protected sections in this Wildlife Management Area.
